A solid European oak chopping board retaining the natural waney edge of the timber on one side. Machined from a single unjointed piece of oak — no finger joints, no glue lines.
The live edge gives each board its own unique outline, making these as much a serving and display piece as a working kitchen board. The width dimension is the minimum finished width — the waney edge adds natural variation beyond this.
Available with or without a food-safe oil and wax finish applied in our workshop. Maximum dimensions: 480mm wide, 1,000mm long, 55mm thick.
